Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.

What we collect

  • Enquiry and booking forms: name, email, organisation, role, country, phone and the details you type, so we can respond to you.
  • Newsletter: your email address (and name if given). We use double opt-in and you can unsubscribe in one click.
  • Accounts and purchases: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), order history and course progress.
  • Payments: handled by our payment partners (Paystack and Flutterwave). We never see or store your card details.
  • Technical data: a session cookie needed to keep you signed in and protect forms, and standard server logs. Optional privacy-friendly analytics may be used.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, deliver purchases and courses, send messages you have asked for, keep the site secure and improve it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries and orders only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal or accounting requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session and security). Analytics, if enabled, does not use cookies.

Changes
