Purchases and downloads

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Digital products are delivered by personal, limited-use download links and are licensed for your personal use only. Because digital goods cannot be returned, refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires otherwise.

Academy enrolment

Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the programme. Certificates are issued on completion and can be verified online using the certificate code.

Speaking and advisory enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
